That is how the US Postal Service works and that's one reason why we do not recommend using the Post Office for Shipments.

After it is delivered and if they scanned the package barcode (like there suppose to do) it will show the Date & Time of Delivery by your driver.

Please note USPS frequently misplaces packages, please give it a few weeks for them to locate it.
